I've been neglecting this lj. Sorry.

Mom was sick, then Bill was sick, then Allie was sick, and now my Dad is sick. I'm averaging 3 hours of sleep. For 3 days. Ugh. I tried to do my homework, but the numbers swim. Big assignment due Thursday. Big assignment due tomorrow. Well, I have time right? I don't need to sleep much.

On a bright note I've caught up with friends and been messaged more in the last few days that I have in months =)

 Is not going to bother pointing out any more statements of the obvious. 

I briefly amused myself by following the whole explosion. I stopped myself from posting alot of the comments I wanted to. I edited what I did post to something more condusive to intelligent conversation than "fuck off and die over there somewhere" or "so your momma was a crack whore who drooped you on your head alot as a child right?" 

Pain makes me bitchy and intolerant.

Seriously, fat girl on a diet saying skinny girl is ugly screams JEALOUS. Chosing the most unflattering of the series of photos to prove your point is sad and weak. I have to say being able to go braless after 2 kids is a gift not to be mocked.

MAIN POINT OF MY POST:

Saying a woman's children would rather be run over than spend more time with "crazy mommy"!?!?! 

Polite words fail me. I can't think of a more horendous statement to make. 

I understand that the comment was likely written flippantly by an arrogant young snot who feels quite safe hiding behind a screen. I know that it was likely just a "look I'm cool and can say mean things too" but shit like that is so NOT OKAY. I hope it wasn't written by someone who's had enough life experience to realise how obscenely malicious that comment actually was. 

I am also deeply disappointed that comments like that are accepted, and even encouraged.

I joined a community just so I could see what all the fuss was about. It was "poke with stick" then aaaaahhhh in technicolour. 

On the bright side I now have the lowdown on Saskatchewan =)

And know to never use huge red letters to try and make a point.

Bought Panda Soft Paws in Red for Christmas. Hope they work. I had to drive all the way across town in my Mom's car and all I could think about was "someone is going to crash into me"! 

He hates the soft paws, but has stopped trying to eat them. All in all...interesting.

In other news; I am so happy I have a hard time talking about it because I don't want to jinx it.

I'll be at O'Sheas tonight around 9ish if anyone is interested in joining me.

Decided it was time to get back on the diet wagon, stepped on the scale for a weight update, and it didn't move at all. I am 110 lbs apparently. So is that cat!
